Sarah is a transactional lawyer who enjoys assisting clients with a wide range of matters relating to the acquisition, funding, development, management and disposal of all types of commercial property.

Sarah has particular expertise in relation to:

  • Investment portfolios and asset management.
  • Specialist transaction terms including rent guarantees, rent top ups, price adjustments, overage, escrow arrangements and capital allowances;
  • Development projects guiding clients through the legal process from conception to completion and including dealing with site assembly, preparation and negotiation of development, land promotion and pre-let agreements, handling estate set up and assisting with commercial plot sales;
  • Property finance having assisted both institutional lenders and a variety of borrowers in relation to funding for all types of commercial real estate;

Recently, Sarah has been dealing with the acquisition of several sites for mixed use development on a subject to planning basis, assisting with the onward disposal of development sites to owner occupiers on both a freehold and leasehold basis, acting for landowners in relation to the promotion of green field sites for residential housing, and the sale, purchase and management of several industrial estates.

Sarah is a member of the Trafford Law Society.

Before joining Land Law LLP in March 2009 Sarah was a salaried partner at Pannone LLP.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys watching reality TV, sharing nice food and wine with friends and family and is developing a keen interest in the decoration and maintenance of historic buildings having recently moved (perhaps unwisely) into part of a converted Grade II* water mill in Cheshire.
